We offer two children karate programs based on age:
The Little Dragon's Program for cihldren ages 4-6, is focused on improving
preschool-age children's basic motor and listening skills.
The Youth Program for children 7 years of age and up, focuses on character
development as well as the continued progress of physical skills.
Our dynamic Adult classes will help manage stress, develop fitness and teach self-defense.
